In this episode we make our strongest, most unique, and possibly most complicated beer yet – “Less Than 12 Parsecs IPA”.
The inspiration for this beer is our series “Star Wars In Character”. To plan out this particular brew, Matt invites his co-host from SWIC and fellow beer lover Dave on to the show to help plan it out.
Along the way a lot changes are made and a new step in the brewing process is add for the first time ever in any beer on this series.
