1 lb Pale Malt 2-Row
1 lb Maris Otter
9 oz Pilsner Malt
2 oz Munich Malt
1 oz Caraaroma
1 oz Crystal 60L
1 oz Crystal 80L
1 oz Black Malt
1 oz Rye Malt
Mash for 60 mins at 153 degrees F.
Boil:
.1 oz Columbus hops 60 min
.1 oz Magnum hops 50 min
.1 oz Galaxy hops 40 min
.1 oz Mosaic hops 30 min
.1 oz Centennial hops 20 min
.1 oz Amarillo hops 15 min
.1 oz Northern Brewer hops 10 mins
.1 oz Cascade hops 5 min
.1 oz Idaho #7 hops 1 min
.1 oz Citra hops flame out
Yeast:
2 grams Safale US-05 and 2 grams Safebrew S-04
