Beer number 6 is up next, and it’s the style I haven’t been able get a look on for years now.
“Patient Zero Pale”, named after the original content house from Halloween Horror Nights 28, is a simple, straight forward Pale Ale. Or at least it should be. For years I’ve struggled with this style – most of the time I add too many specialty malts and too few hops.
For this brew I take the George Costanza approach and do the opposite of what I think I should do while making this beer.
Does that approach work? Check out this episode of “Is It Beer Yet” and find out!
