Beer number 4, this might be where the creative juices ran out.
“Scream Ale” is a near duplicate or a beer I made earlier this year with 1 change – the yeast. So I count this as a new beer…technically.
But that’s not the worst of the creative dry spell. It’s a cream ale. Guess how long it took to settle on the name for this one.
Even with this not being the most thought out and toiled over idea, it’s a still a full all-grain brew so it took as long to make as all the others.
And in the end – there’s a good chance I made a HUGE mistake putting this one together that might make all of this a little more interesting.
How did it come out? Did I make the mistake? If so, what was that mistake?
