Big Monster Brewing – First Dark Mild, But Not The Last

Low ABV and full flavor usually don’t go together when discussing craft beer. But the classic British style “Dark Mild” can deliver both when brewed right. The BJCP Guidelines describe it as “Refreshing, yet flavorful, with a wide range of dark malt or dark sugar expression.” That’s what I set out to brew in this episode when I try my hand at my first “Dark Mild.”
