We’re back on Earth, to complete our look at a Federation double act, Section Leader Forres.

I have enormous praise for Ian and Eric’s insightful and enjoyable podcasts Blakes 7 In Character and Doctor Who Adversaries.
After having seen all Classic Who and Blakes 7 dozens of times, I can honestly say that listening to these two gents affectionately dissect my two favorite shows is more enjoyable than watching the actual BBC series’ episodes.
Every podcast from character deep dives to fan convention coverage brings a new angle of appreciation to me for two of the most influential science fiction series ever created, and for Eric and Ian whose continued sage looks at these shows both in front of and behind the camera guarantee continued broadening appeal for Blakes 7 and Classic Dr Who for years to come.
Listening to the podcast on the train and have to take a moment just to thank Eric and Ian for such an enjoyable podcast.
Also as a Blake’s 7 fan since I refound it in the 90s when the compilations came out I thought I’d share somthing that happened recently.
I was doing some electrical work for a chap and as it’s needed for paperwork etc asked for his last name, “Tuddenham” came the reply. “I don’t suppose your related to Peter Tuddenham of Zen and Orac fame?” Says I.
“…He was my dad!” Was the reply. I staggered back in amazement and for a while electrical work was forgotten as he then shared some amazing stories.
Genuinely made my day, week and month.
Just goes to show, the galaxy is not that big after all!
Don’t leave us hanging like that. You got to get him to come on and talk about his dad on mike. I suppose he will appear talking about his dad on a future blu-ray skin to how how David Jackson’s son did on s2.
