Indeed he shares many traits with Sil and that species, which are both Ferenghi-like in many ways.
The species name for the collectors though… Usarians… it’s based on the word usury. The mannerisms both The Collector here and Sil elsewhere display, are sort of evoking a similar image. It is what it is.
