Big Monster Brewing – Fixing my Rauchbier

In this episode, I’ve already brewed a beer. It’s a Rauchbier, a style known for it’s smokey sweet aroma and flavor. The problem is, it’s not smokey enough to be a called a good Rauchbier, but too smokey to called a good Marzen. So what can I do with this beer that is otherwise a find beverage? I’m going to try to change transform it into something completely different.
