More and more “lost style” historical beers appear on local breweries’ taproom menus. In this episode, I will jump on that “lost style” train and make my first “Kentucky Common,” a cross between a crisp lager and a flavorful ale that presents a unique taste and brewing experience. Along with wanting to try making this beer, I also have a fast-approaching motivation to get it done and dialed in.
